Insight Days
We collaborate with investment firms throughout the year to offer Insight Days – short, immersive events for young women and non-binary students who want to learn what it’s like to work in an investment firm.
Each event offers a unique behind-the-scenes look at the industry and a chance to meet people who work in it.
What to expect
While every Insight Day is different, they typically include:
An introduction to investment and the host firm
A panel discussion with inspirational women from the company
A tour of the office
A workshop or hands-on activity for students
Speed networking with employees
Need financial support? We have a GAIN Bursary Fund to ensure finance is not a barrier to taking part in our programmes.
